Why You Keep Failing?
Most failures incorporate bad luck ignorance and sometimes lack of good sense.
May 17, 2011 at West London University. All set for the final exam of the usability engineering module. I was living far away from the university, so I decided to spend a night before the exam in the library. The next morning 9:30 AM was exam timing. I was excited about my final exam of the semester. I had planned to take the placement year.
The next morning, at 9 o'clock reached the examination hall. I had a few documents and a university laptop. However, I realized it wasn't safe to left belongings in the examination hall. I was rushing back to drop my stuff in one of my schoolmate's room. Unfortunately, on the way back I had a horrific accident in the middle of the road. The ambulance took me to the local hospital (Hillingdon Hospital West London). They did a small surgery around my left eye. I was still optimistic to appeared in the resit exam. Later on, I was so low-spirited and cursed myself for that small decision but Alas!.
After discharge, I went back to the university and submitted my mitigating circumstances form. The university academic department allowed me to take that particular semester again instead of resiting in the exam. At that time, My dream to take a placement was eventually ruled out. I was waiting for my semester to start, meanwhile all my friends were placed in a placement year.
In short, a small mistake hurt my long term prospects. Though, I managed to graduate in honors. This incident didn't cause any trouble in my grades besides a delay. It impaired my self-esteem and prestige.

Genius mind still working on this but all efforts in vain. In life take some problems for granted. All the students made notes and that day was Friday and the weekend started.
Two days later, One of the students entered the classroom and presented his homework to his teacher. he was shocked to see the solved equation. he had solved an equation that super minds even can't do that, but a student of 6th grade solved it.
Dear Student, I had written this equation last Friday and said don't waste your time on this. The student replied, Sir I didn't know that because at that time, I was outside the class, soon I came back, I saw students were making notes then I assumed that this is the homework for this weekend.
